The HR Generalist will be involved in recruiting & hiring professional staff in addition to providing on-boarding and employee training functions. The HR Generalist will be heavily involved in employee relations, including handling employee discipline. Ideal candidates will have experience in FMLA and related programs. The HR Generalist must be comfortable interfacing employees on the production floor as well as communicating with upper level management teams.
Qualified candidate will have BS degree and 7+ years HR experience in a manufacturing environment, automotive is preferred. Candidates already located in the greater Nashville area will be given first preference.
