Position Summary
Seeking an experienced financial professional to be an instrumental part of the CFM team. The role will support projects and client teams and provide a full range of financial management support from the proposal stage to the final delivery to clients. The Senior Analyst will work closely with delivery teams and Client Principals. We are seeking candidates who are attracted by the opportunity to shape and influence the growth of this position and the company.
Minimum Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or Business required.
  • 3-4 years’ relevant experience in financial management roles supporting client delivery in a project-based industry (professional services, outsourcing preferred).
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel required, knowledge of SAP desirable.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, as well as excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to easily establish relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail with good judgement to know when to challenge practices or assumptions.
  • High energy and motivation with a commitment to quality client service.
  • Ability to work closely with management teams and retain an objective/professional finance perspective.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced, rapidly-changing environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Work with Client Financial Management Team leads in supporting Client Principals and Project Management Teams to ensure financial success of client work.
  • Engage with project teams, colleagues, and clients to identify and resolve any financial issues relating to that specific client or project.
  • Support large ‘in-flight’ client projects and provide reporting and analysis on financial status and outlook.
  • Engage effectively with resources at all levels within the company and at client sites.
  • Manage revenue recognition, completion estimates, write-offs, and margins.
  • Ensure project financial transactions, including that billings and collections are maintained in a timely and accurate manner.
