We are looking for an engineer that doesn’t want to have a salary cap, a field service engineer that wants to be rewarded for the relationships they are developing, an account manager that wants more hands on with customers, someone who is eager, hungry and wants to build a pipeline that will reward them for many years to come. Work from home without any overnight or airport travel as the client base is in SE Wisconsin. This is not a turn and burn type of a role, this company is investing into the person for the long term. They do not expect someone to make substantial commissions until at least 2 years of being in the role and are willing to carry them financially until the candidate is established. Develop and maintain an organized and proactive environment
  • Present a professional image that aligns with company and customer expectations
  • Build and grow relationships with customers and target customers focusing on working with multiple departments and people in each organization
  • Develop and maintain a proactive calendar that meets customer and company needs focusing actions to meet established goals
  • Utilize communication tools to maintain contact with customers and company personnel
  • Forecast sales expectations
  • Call on customers and targets
    • Account maintenance customers
    • New and existing customers
    • Cold call targets
  • Identify opportunities
    • Know and understand each customer and target customers business applying company expertise to each situation.
    • Know and understand the purchasing structure and process of the customers.
    • Understand the applications that are identified focusing on the solutions that are needed.
  • AS or BS (EE,CS,IE) is a plus
  • 1 year experience selling controls, automation or systems is a plus
