Job Description
Position Summary:  This position is responsible to ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through proactive planning, successful account management, development of leads, generation of New Business Development projects and closing of quote opportunities. This position executes objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales.   
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Performs sales activities on sales accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts.
  • Provide input for annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams and forecasts.
  • Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in products, accounts and regions.
  • Completion of all sales support functions, specifically expeditious completion of CRMi tasks, Updates and additions to NBD pipeline and generation of leads in the CRMi database.
  • Participation, planning of meetings with customers at trade shows and other Marketing requirements.
  • Actively seek out new customers and sales opportunities, initiating action plan to advance and procure new business for the company.
  • Actively seek out New Business Development opportunities and Leads
  • Travel to customers to further develop sales opportunities
  • Actively develop organizational charts for customer accounts
  • Updating the organization on changing online marketing trends so that the organization can prepare and regulate plans accordingly.
  • Maintain long lasting customer relationships.
  • Work collaboratively with all the other departments of the company, as necessary.
  • Ability to travel as required.
 
Minimum Job Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing related field or equivalent in experience.
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years’ sales experience
  • Must have prior experience with Ground Support Experience
  • Must be able to use Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and CRM software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills are a must
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver effective written and in person reports
  • Must be able to manage simultaneously tasks and achieve deliverables and deadlines
