SOFTWARE SALES REP -   ALM built for - StartUp!!
Location: Can be based anywhere in the Eastern US

We're an exciting and innovative software start-up that has been recognized as "One of THE BEST tools for migrating data from" and named the "#1 ALM Product built for".  We were also chosen by Salesforce as one of the Top 25 apps they work with!  We have built a highly unique solution and we're doing things nobody else is doing and development teams are paying attention!!!

We are building out our sales team and the next hires we make are going to be highly strategic!  

Here's what we're looking for!
  • A PROVEN Top Performing Sales Hunter
  • 7+ years of current full life cycle enterprise software sales experience 
  • Current experience selling enterprise software development tools into Enterprise accounts (1000+ employees)
  • Demonstrated Solid & Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual product license or seat sales goals of $1M- $3M
  • Strong ability to establish highly effective value propositions and demonstrate ROI
  • Experience partnering with  or selling into development teams integrating and building on highly desired!
Our Ideal candidate will also have experience driving and growing sales taking start-ups to maturity, or helping grow smaller companies to larger companies.

You will be joining a really innovative and exciting software development tool company, Headquartered out of the San Francisco Bay Area.  Our Application Life Cycle Management ( ALM ) software is proven and we've helped some of the biggest and best software engineering organizations with their development!  We have won awards, and been recognized as a best in breed product.  Some of our key customers and partners include Oracle, TDBank, Equifax, and 100's more.  A lot of our business has been coming in by word of mouth which is great, but it's now organically time for us to build out our sales organization.  Our software solutions are in the market, they are proven and we have shown we can deliver beyond customer's expectations.  

In this role you will work from a home-based office and drive the sales process, leveraging your experience with the full sales life cycle, including prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business with new customers and grow exiting opportunities where you can. We are looking for someone who is a true hunter and ideally has experience selling into Software Engineering and Software Development Environments.  

Software being sold: Unique ALM solution built on Salesforce
Annual Quota:  $1M in new revenue.   
Territory:  National
Selling To:  CTO, VP SW Engineering, SW R&D, Software Directors & Managers at Enterprise Companies of 1000+ employees

Equity is offered for this position and we have some flexibility on the compensation structure depending on equity stake you want to take. 

The compensation package includes a base salary + commissions (at OTE $200K+ or 2x base) + incentives and accelerators after hitting key targets + equity.
