  • Full life-cycle recruiting
  • Source and screen candidates for Technology and Non-Technology positions
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates
  • Review resumes and access candidate’s skills, experience and knowledge in relation to the position
  • Leverage recruiting resources and in-house Applicant Tracking System to identify and recruit quality talent as well as maintain all pertinent candidate and interview data
  • Manage and coordinate all correspondence with candidates
  • Conduct telephone interviews to further qualify candidates
  • Manage correspondence with candidates including the scheduling and logistics of all interviews with our client’s employees
  • Manage all of the administrative components involved in full lifecycle recruiting
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with team members to create a partnership that yields success and credibility as well as an efficient and effective execution of hiring plans
  • Facilitate background and reference checks on selected candidates
  • Assist HR team with other duties as needed 
Desired Skills and Experience
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience. Experience can be in-house or from an agency
  • Experience with both Technology and Non-Technology Recruiting.
  • Experience recruiting for multiple roles across various teams and various locations.
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills, as well as the ability to multitask and handle a fast paced and ever-changing environment
  • Ability to manage competing demands, accept constructive feedback, while being extremely adaptable and flexible
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Very detail-oriented
  • Strong time management and follow-up skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to new systems and processes
  • Proficiency with the MS Office Suite. Experience using an ATS is a + (even better if you’ve used Taleo)!
