** Plant HR Manager – Detroit, MI **
Our client is a worldwide manufacturing company with 25,000+ employees and growing. Reporting to the Plant Manager, the HR Manager will serve as a business partner supporting a large, unionized plant and will provide HR services in the areas of labor/employee relations, recruitment, training, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 8+ years of HR experience in a unionized manufacturing environment
- Grievance and arbitration experience required; contract negotiations experience considered a plus
- Positive supervisory experience required
