ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE MANAGEMENT ( OCM ) CONSULTANT (MANAGEMENT CONSULTING) - ORGANIZATIONAL TRANSFORMATION

Location: NY  (Rockland County)  (relo available)
Travel: up to 25%

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 3+ years of current Organizational Change Management Consulting experience
  • 3+ years of current / recent experience delivering Organizational Change Management Engagements while working for a Management Consulting firm
  • Demonstrated expertise developing & executing end to end Organizational Change Management Strategy for Business Transformation Initiatives.  
  • Demonstrated experience driving Organizational Transformation strategies leveraging
    • Change Impact Assessments
    • Readiness Surveys
    • Training Programs
    • Communications materials (Internal org change management)
    • and measurements of change adoption to ensure successful implementations
  • Exceptional communication skills working with, briefing & influencing key stakeholders, cross functional department and organization team leaders and executives. 
  • Bachelors Degree (MBA Preferred)
  • Successful Organizational Enterprise Transformation Experiences

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN THIS ROLE
You will be joining one of the worlds best known Management Consulting and Business Transformation Companies. In this role you will be
  • Working with executives, key stake holders, cross functional business unit leaders to understand business and organizational business transformation goals and objectives;
  • Develop Organizational Change Strategies from End to End
  • Execute Organizational Change Strategies from End to End
  • Ensure alignment of Organizational Change Management milestones meet timeline goals
  • Develop and execute Change Impact Assessments
  • Develop and Deploy Training programs and Communication Materials
  • Develop and Implement Change Readiness Surveys
  • Develop and Implement Change Adoption Measurements throughout Initiatives
  • Develop Workshops with key stakeholders to identify pain points, solutions, and work to attain key action buy-in by stakeholders, leadership, executives, etc. and set expectations for successfully delivering project outcomes. 
  • Leverage Agile Methodologies including Continuous Improvements.
  • Contribute to Positive Culture building

COMPENSATION PACKAGE:
Compensation is based on demonstrated level of expertise and experience during the interview process. 

Base Salary Range: $130,000 - $300,000  + bonus  + outstanding benefits!
