The systems process engineer will develop and implement applications and processes for the high speed, automated manufacturing operation. Responsible for coordination and management of plant systems and processes and provide training and change management, reporting, SQL database, MES configuration, and SPC concepts.
--- Coordinate system development tasks to include design, integration and formal testing.
--- Provide the leadership and coaching to the site to build systems competencies in the plant.
--- Provide training and advanced troubleshooting to the site, as well as work closely with plant resources to define new, more efficient processes and system capabilities.
--- Oversees all transitions into production. Develop and complete actions in system specifications, technical and logistical requirements and other disciplines.
--- Create and maintain programmatic and technical documentation to insure efficient planning and execution. Manage and document system configurations.
--- Convert instructions into computer languages.
--- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or manufacturing and 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment
--- Deep knowledge of manufacturing operations and core processes
--- Strong proficiency in SAP usage and deep knowledge of SAP Transactions (Production Orders, Production Confirmations, Material Movements, Quality Notifications).
--- Ability to configure and work with various databases exchanging information through the network systems and control systems in manufacturing departments.
