INSIDE SALES - OUTBOUND CALLS

We are a 10 year old SaaS Software Company, HQ'd in Owings Mills, MD and we are hiring!

The Inside Sales Professional will be joining our National Sales Team, and be responsible for making outbound calls, introducing our software solutions, and scheduling appointments for the account executives, and assisting where needed to help close opportunities.  Our Software solutions include CRM, Content Management, Communications Platforms, Event Management, and E-commerce solutions.

You will be working in a "small office" out of our Owings Mills location, along with 25-30 others.  We are a tight knit group, and value working as a team. We're looking for someone who enjoys working on a team

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 1+ years in an outbound calling environment or in a role where you have been responsible for scheduling appointments.
  • Desire to work in a Business to Business (B2B) Environment
  • Strong ability to cold call and warm call!
  • Ability to schedule appointments between customers and Sales Executives
  • Keen ability to problem solve
  • Exceptional Communication Skills - verbal and written
  • Experience with MS Office, and Database systems or Customer Relationship Management Systems

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Leverage our Customer Relationship Management  System to make outbound calls to new customers with the end goal of scheduling appointments with our Sales Executives
  • Introduce our software Solutions to customers with basic overview information
  • Work closely with others on our Sales and Delivery Teams
  • Answer questions that customers may have before their meetings with Sales Executives
  • Confirm upcoming appointments with customers
  • Communicate professionally with customers, representing our company
  • Take part in in-house training opportunities
