This position will coordinate and implement all IT system standards and requirements across three manufacturing plants and the corporate office. To provide advice and counsel concerning the application of information systems (SAP/Infrastructure). Will act as a liaison for SAP users at the company with SAP Development and Support teams. Is responsible for managing a team; has the authority to hire, transfer, suspend, lay off, recall, promote, discharge, assign, reward, and discipline them.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Systems Interface (15%)
Act as liaison between Information Technology and other company departments.
Perform as liaison for SAP users at the company with SAP Development and Support teams.
Act as liaison with other company departments as it pertains to SAP.
Department Management (20%)
Has authority to hire, transfer, suspend, lay-off, recall, promote, discharge, assign, reward, and discipline employees as needed.
Establish departmental objectives and evaluate employee performance regularly at least once a year.
Participate in the Management Review process to evaluate the performance of EQMS.
Lead the IT function at corporate through 3 direct reports.
Develop, monitor and control the department budget.
Systems Leadership (25%)
Provide corporate management with direction and leadership in computer applications development and computer operations of the organization.
Assess user request for system reports/support, identify programming requirements and develop/modify/create requested programs.
Identify cost reduction opportunities within the IT function that can be effectively implemented locally with management support.
Continually increase and expand the number of customers utilizing EDI transactions to communicate with CFC electronically.
Must stay current with technology plan changes for computer hardware and software, telephonic and security systems.
Facility Support (20%)
Define requirements for the ongoing support of the SAP manufacturing system and implementation of other related applications.
Design and implement interfaces required to integrate other manufacturing processes to SAP.
Responsible for supporting four locations for computer hardware, software, telephones, security and manufacturing systems.
Information Technology Standardization (10%)
Oversee under the direction of IT all aspects of project implementation, project personnel and project budget to ensure project quality and successful on-time implementation.
Ensure all systems and network designs are consistent with the overall goals and direction of Information Technology Architecture Plan, as well as the strategic goals of the company

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Required:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS or IT
Minimum 8 years of wide ranging experience in an ERP supported business environment including SAP-ECC, SAP BW, and FICO
5+ years of experience managing an IT team responsible for company-wide systems
2 + years of experience working in a manufacturing setting; 3+ years of experience working in a corporate setting.
Master's degree in Computer Science, MIS or IT
Experience with global enterprises and cross functional projects
