Must have at least 5+ years of plant human resource management experience within manufacturing operations. This position will create and manage all HR related activities for a mid-size employee, non-union manufacturing facility.
Candidate skill set: provide employee relations strategy and execution, manage employee relations, identify and implement performance improvement processes, talent acquisition management, performance measurement, benefits and compensation.
Must be a persuasive communicator, effective problem with the ability to manage the function autonomously.
