Job Description
This company is a global designer of components, modules and systems for the commercial vehicle, automotive and off-highway markets. They have more than 20 locations in 15 countries. This position is located near Mansfield, OH and provides the opportunity for professional growth for career oriented professionals. They are looking for a Corporate Recruiter with Manufacturing experience.
 
The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for sourcing and identifying top talent, filling job openings, assure fair compensation practices and perform recruitment practices. The recruiter coordinates and executes interviewing, testing and referring applicants for a variety of positions within the organization. This position also communicates opportunities for existing associates within the organization.
  • Recruit top talent including sourcing, interviewing and reference checking for professional level positions.
  • Act as a consultant to hiring managers across the organization.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews of high potential candidates and demonstrate the ability to anticipate your hiring manager needs and preferences.
  • Responsible for successfully managing and closing searches.
  • Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community organizations, colleges, employment agencies, media and internet sites.
  • Network and build strong relationships with key leaders and hiring managers within the organization.
  • Recommend recruitment ideas and strategies that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company.
  • Possess a strong ability to screen, interview and prepare a diverse candidate slate within an appropriate timeline.
  • Conduct phone interviews and/or face to face interviews.
  • Create partnerships with outside sourcing to bring in qualified candidates,
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the business.
  • Performs/coordinates onboarding activates for new hires
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or similar related degree.
  • 5+ years of corporate and or search firm progressive recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting.
  • Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research.
  • High proficiency utilizing social media sites.
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.
