Minimum Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or Business required.
  • 5-8 years’ relevant work experience in financial business partnering roles.
  • Demonstrate thought leadership and collaboration skills and be able to make effective decisions in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, as well as excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and knowledge of SAP desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and good judgment to know when to challenge practices or assumptions.
  • High energy and motivation with a commitment to quality client service.
  • Ability to work closely with management teams and retain an objective/professional finance perspective.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, rapidly-changing environment.
 
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Work in a Client Financial Management (CFM) Team and support Client Principals to ensure financial success of our client work.
  • Engage with offshore CFM team to provide visibility to senior leadership of end-to-end project financial management support and be able to escalate any business problems.
  • Manage a team of junior CFMs to build leveraged support across multiple clients.
  • Engage with project teams, client leadership, and colleagues to identify and resolve any financial issues relating to that client.
  • Provide support in resourcing and team-sizing decisions, client negotiations, sales, and pricing strategies.
  • Oversee large 'in-flight' client projects.
  • Provide reporting & analysis on financial status and outlook and recommendations for improving financial performance.
  • Engage effectively with resources at all levels within company and clients.
