The Banking & Finance Global Account Director will have a strong background in a host of different areas including: experienced sales, understanding of SaaS or HCM technology, exceptional lead generation and pipeline development, as well as consultative/concept selling.  A rolodex & understanding of the Banking & Finance Industry is desired, but not a must have.  This position can be working from our client’s office in Atlanta, Chicago, or New York.

Under general supervision of the Director of Enterprise Sales, you will join a team dedicated to finding and closing new clients.  This is a hunter sales position in a quasi-start-up environment with a solution that is a concept sell.  This highly consultative sales process involves educating prospects on this solution, building consensus amongst cross-functional roles (i.e. Talent Acquisition, HR, IT, Procurement, etc.), and handling concerns about the change management to current processes.  Success in this position means that you are meeting or exceeding quota.  The commission structure for this role is uncapped.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Develop and maintain a sales strategy and plan, including tactics to approach assigned accounts and exceed sales quota.
  • Develop a pipeline of sales opportunities and manage them effectively to a decision.
  • Cold call to generate meetings from a pre-defined list of prospects.
  • Hold Discovery Session phone calls to gather more information about an organization and their structure.
  • Qualify opportunities and position the value of client to match a prospect’s business issues, strategies, objectives, and plans
  • Present on webcasts and in-person meetings to educate prospects about Client’s Value Proposition.
  • Secure signed contracts by working with Legal from client and prospect’s Legal team.
  • Attend Industry conferences as needed.
Qualification Requirements:
  • Background in Staffing, RPO, VMS, or HR Services
  • 8+ years of experience in B2B solution sales
  • Proven ability to conduct compelling presentations/demonstrations
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • A passionate, driven, confident and focused self-starter that takes pride in exceeding expectations
  • Bachelor’s Degree or similar 4 year college degree
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SalesForce
  • Ability to travel (approximately 30%)
