  • Site Survey and Documentation
  • General Site Code Review
  • Technical Coordination with the Design Team
  • Full Construction Documentation including Technical Detailing and specifications
  • Coordination with Client, Landlord, and Consultants
  • Redline Review of Construction Documents
  • Issue and Distribute Documentation
  • Respond to Questions from Bidders
  • Attend Weekly Project Meetings and/or Conference Calls and Respond to RFI's
  • Site Inspections and Layout Approvals
  • Coordinate Revisions, Bulletins and Addenda
  • Review Shop Drawings and Submittals
  • Punchlist Inspection, Compilation and Distribution
  • Assist in Project Close-Out Documentation 
  • 3-6 years’ experience with a retail rollout within shop in shop or full price stores including due diligence, building code research, construction drawings for retailers, etc.
  • Formal architecture experience a plus but not required
  • Experience with a commercial retail firm is a plus
  • Project management skillset – seeing a project through from start to finish
  • AutoCAD knowledge
  • Knowledge of Revit
  • Experience with national brands a plus
  • General knowledge/experience of national code required
  • Ideal candidate will have experience collaborating with landlords and engineers in order to complete all phases of work to success
  • Some travel may be required
